Question Trying to create a "roll call" ppt

Hello all,

New to the board here, hope this makes sense.

I am a novice at ppt, but what I am trying to do is to create a ppt for my office meetings. Entering the content and normal text for the meeting is fine.

What we are having trouble doing is adding all the names of the office workers to each slide that when clicked on do some kind of animation (preferably move from top to bottom, turn a different color) and then be able to SAVE the file with the animation results intact. This is how we'd like to record roll-call, where we will be able to then pull up the file to show who was in attendance at the meeting, who read the meeting minutes later, etc.

I am able to do the animations, but don't know if there is an option to then save the file after the text has been clicked and the animation has occurred where the animation "sticks".

Is this possible? If not, any other suggestions?

Thanks much,

Tom
