Link them together in what sense? If you want the data entered into a field to automatically appear in another location then you use a single form field with the setting "Calculate on Exit" turned on. Then add a cross-reference to that form field (using the bookmark cross-reference) where you want the data repeated.

You can't make a field that automatically flows the text which exceeds the line length into a different field.
