There's something very odd about this document, indeed. It displays correctly on screen, with or without tracked changes, and I can copy/paste the content as text … but that's as far as I can get. Printing to .pdf or printing direct to printer outputs only the bullets/numbers, and save as .txt does the same.

Also, the fields in the header pg {PAGE} van {NUMPAGES} return pg 9 van 8, even after updating.

I'm looking forward to expert input on this one, as I've not seen this behaviour before.

jeanG – it might be quicker to paste plain text into a new file and reformat it … but take another look at using styles first :-} You could also consider automating the ToC.
