My client have been using Office Live Small Business for last 6 months and quite satisfied. But suddenly starts facing recurring problem of blank email sync to outlook whereas same email can be viewed via web login.

Where could I find the Sync Issues folder? What could be the potential causes?
Its happens now quite frequently and increasing frustration to level that client insisting me to switch to some other services if the problem cannot be fixed.
Please help me figuring out potential causes.
Its critical/show stopper please.
