Building a dynamic schedule that can be used not only for planning but baseline and tracking.
Helping to build a resource allocation/management plan.
But, it sounds like you all ready know that - even if your previous usage didn't extend to that level. For many companies, the discipline of project management (and usage of Project) is an evolutionary process.


Do you know for sure if the company is using Project?
