This has part worked in that my footer on the first page (containing author and pathname) is no longer on my landscape pages. However my landscape pages still do not have the same footer as the main body of my document.

This has a .jpg and a page x of y. My landscape pages have a page x of y, but it's page 0 of 14, not page 11 of 14?! Something very subtle I am guessing...
