You can do this using the Rules feature in Outlook.
- From the Inbox click the Rules button from the Ribbon which is in the Move group.
- Click Manage Rules & Alerts. Now click New Rule.
- Choose the option for Apply rule on messages I receive and click Next.
- Select through the specified account option then at the bottom of the dialog box where is says Step 2: Edit the rule description, click on the blue link on the word specified. From the drop down select the Team email account and click Ok.
- Click Next. From the Choose action list select forward it to people or public group then in the Step 2: Edit the rule description click the blue link for people or public group and from your address book add the people you want the emails to be forwarded to.
- Click Next. You had the option to include any exceptions. Otherwise click Next. If you want to run the rule on emails which have already been downloaded to the Inbox then tick the corresponding box and click Finish.

Check your Sent Items to see if the emails have been forwarded.
Be aware that any new emails that are downloaded will have this rule applied and that the emails will not be forwarded until you open Outlook, so if it's left closed and never opened then no emails will be forwarded.

Hope this helps.
