Not sure if this is possible or how difficult it will be but here it goes.

If anyone has ever saved a document from MS Office to MS SharePoint and it shows a window with the extra parameters you need to fill out, thats wha I am after to do. I want to be able to save a file to a specific directory and have the filename passed to a SOAP service and have extra parameters submited with it such as a customer ID number or document reference number. I'm not after an exact answer to this as i'm trying to figure out how I could achieve this, but if someone could point me in the right direction or to a site with documentation on this it would be appreciated.
