I have a word document with a table layout as the main data source and a header and footer with tables and individual pieces. Most MM data comes from centre source data table. However in the MM label merge I need to use some of the data from the header and footer on each label. (i.e. date field which is entered once in the header of the source data and then appears on each label)

Can this be done and if so how? It is wrecking my head .. Apologies in advance if this is a duplicate of a previously asked query.
