Hi,

If you need the text to move to the next page rather than filling the next column then you would be best to use a table to achieve this. Insert a table with 4 x columns and then enter the text into column 1, once it fills the first column it will move over onto page 2 leaving you to put information into column 2.

You can give the appearance of traditional columns by removing all borders from the table and if needed you can adjust the cell margins so that text does not sit too close to the borders.
