Do the following in a copy of your document.
Unlink the headers and footers in your landscape pages from those in the portrait pages.
Cut the current header in a landscape section. In that section, in the body of the document, create a text box. Paste your header in the text box.
Rotate the text box 90 degrees.
Cut the text box and paste it into the header for that landscape section. Position it as you want. Remove borders if needed.
