Post Portrait header/footer on landscape page

I am using Microsoft Office Professional 2003 in Windows 7 - 64 bit.

I have written a book with nearly 100% A4 portrait pages but it contains 2 No. A4 landscape pages in 2 separate sections because they contain Excel Tables too wide for a portrait page

The header [subject title] and footer [page number] are currently at the top and bottom of the 2 pages viewed as landscape [i.e. appear as up the left and right hand side of the pages viewed as portrait.

But I need to move the header and footer to the top and bottom of these two pages viewed as portrait [like all the other normal portrait pages] because the headers would be partly hidden by the binding when the book is printed.

I would be extremely grateful if anyone could explain to me how to achieve this change?
