Default OneNote 2010 Open only a Section, Not a Notebook

OneNote 2007 had a pop up when opening a .one file directly that asked if you wanted to open a notebook or only open the section. I do not get that not now that I'm using OneNote 2010. We use it for work and others need to open my .one files occasionally and it works but opens the entire notebook (which is a bit confusion and irritating for the user). I know there are sharing options but this is how we work here. Can you tell me how to open only the .one section file and not the entire notebook as was possible with OneNote 2007 with OneNote 2010?

I have a pic of the 2007 OneNote pop up. It said, "Do you want to open the "XXXX" notebook in OneNote (recommended) or just open the "XXXX" section from within it. I need the same option for 2010 OneNote. Ideas????
