I am working in KSA, they use the Islamic calendar. every time try to get and convert the date from Islamic to normal calendar.
I am trying to find a way to combine 2 to 3 cells in one cell
example

a1=day
b1=month
c1=year
d1 should be = day-month-year

any help in that respect. keeping in mind using Islamic calendar
