Hi,

I am a newbie to everything. I have PowerPoint 2013. Some of the suggestions were greyed out and I couldn't do them. I have made 17 slides with text and images. Everything was going OK as I followed tutorials. When I tried to add music and narration, the narration was too low and the music was to high. I fooled around with the sliders in the icons, but no matter what I did, the music remains too loud and drowns out the narration.

Any help will be appreciated.
