If you can put all the data for a film in a single row Word table (perhaps in landscape mode), you should be able to use http://www.gmayor.com/ManyToOne.htm to create a report with a table that contains the records one to a line. You will probably have to add a key field to your data to ensure that the records all go in the one table (see the example that comes with that add-in).

Another ploy that does not entail any addition to your data is to run a Directory merge with your data to a new document then add the common text to beginning and end. A directory merge repeats everything you put on the page for each record, and immediately following the last.
