Note that although the article at
http://shaunakelly.com/word/numberin...g20072010.html uses the heading styles as examples, you can use any set of nine paragraph styles with your outline list.
However, if you do want a list of headings, using the built-in Heading 1, Heading 2, etc. styles will be easier.
