I checked properties and the "title" is blank in the summary, it just has my name as the creator and my company. Hum... It's very strange that the name keeps appearing but the file properties have it blank, there is a "content tab" and it says title, but when you click on it it won't let you edit it or doing anything to it. Thank you for your help. I guess I will just continue to delete the title that keeps appearing.
