can't use "Email" in excel 2007

Hi, guys
I use excel 2007, and I want to send a booksheet as a email attachement. So, I use shortcut button in the "fast access" on the top of Excel Window.
But the probem is : When I push the "Email"button, Outlook Express should jump out, but in fact nothing has got happened!(Outlook Express is my default Mail Software)
What's going wrong?
