Yes.
On the Page Layout tab in the Page Setup group click on the dialog launcher (little arrow in bottom-right corner of group). This launches the page setup dialog.
On the Margins tab of that dialog (opens by default) the selection for portrait/landscape can be made. You can start have both by selecting "selected text" or "this point forward" under Apply to. If you have text selected, you will have the option for "selected text;" if not, you can choose "this point forward." Both of these will insert a "new page" Section break.
Page orientation is a Section property.

The same method is used to change page sizes. Note, do not use this to change left and right margins, instead, change paragraph indents.
