Quite easily done:
• open the page footer
• delete the secon '2' in '2-2'.
• where you just deleted the '2', press Ctrl-F9 and type 'PAGE' between the braces, so you see {PAGE}, then press F9
• in the Ribbon, click on Page Numbers>Format Page Number>Start At, input 1 and press OK
• close the footer and you're done.
