It seems that the only thing defining page 2 from page 3 is that page 3 is there because of the length of content on page 2. If there is no defining break (beside length) it makes it much harder. Not impossible, but you have to extract your two pages as you go, using ranges. This is why it is a good idea to structure documents using the way Word defines structure, i.e. section breaks.

To Word, a "section" is ONLY a section if it is defined as such with section breaks. However, as macropod asks, is there anything else that could possibly be used to delineate pages? Is there anything that can be used to identify the 1 & 2 pairing from the 3 & 4 pairing?
