Default Can't remove mystery add-in
I discovered an add-in in my Word today. I can't remember when I may have added it, or for what reason, or why it would have inserted a number of "contribute" and other macros I can neither delete nor edit.

It took me a while to look for the source in the add-ins listing. I have tried replacing Normal.dotm but it keeps coming back. It's Number Labels Version 1.3.

How can I get rid of this?
