I tried your suggestion and I clicked on the link your reference. Neither worked. What I get, is what I got before I posted the initial query - an attachment on the receiver's computer that says "Untitled attachment ... .eml. I am using Google Gmail. I think that is the problem. Somehow, outlook attachments are changed to files with an eml extension.

This cannot be an uncommon occurrence, can you recommend someone else I can query or go to for help?
