Hi,

I recently re-installed my MS Office 2010 and when I try to open the MS Outlook, it would not open and the following message will appear:-

The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.

And when I clicked OK button, the following message appeared:-

MS Exchange Box appears with General:-

Box to insert Microsoft exchange server and then another box

Mail box and option to check name. On clicking the side button it says name cannot be resolved. Outlook must be connected.

I rang Microsoft helpline but they would not help.
