Have you tried this:


Under your Letterhead:

• Page Layout tab
• Breaks
• Click the small upside down triangle
• Select under Section Breaks, Continuous

Now readjust your paragraph indents for what comes AFTER your letterhead:

• Home tab
• At the Paragraph group, click the small arrow on the lower right
• Adjust your Indentation to suit what you need
