Default 3rd color for intersection of two ovals

Here’s my first post to this forum.

On one of my slides I have two ovals (created through Insert - Shapes) that overlap. Each oval has its own unique color. Ideally, however, I’d like to show the region where they overlap in a 3rd color and with a clearly defined border. Right now the color defaults to the color of the oval that is ‘in front’ and the border of the oval ‘in back’ is not visible. Suggestions??

Also, if possible, can a solution be generalized to having 3 or more shapes intersect where the intersection has a unique color and clearly defined borders? Thanks.

Erik
