hello dears

i'm facing great problem, in my work need to attach many files via Send To Mail recipient
ms-outlook always send message format blain-text which not readable in many computers cause of unicode and we lose formatting.
how i make it send as default format html?
could i able to modify this shortcut in send to foldar?
any help will be appreciated.
