Split your screen (right click in an empty portion of the Gantt chart and select Split or Show Split). In the Task Form you can edit work for each resource as needed. You can also use the Task Form to assign the resources as well as set the task as Fixed Duration. No need to enter the work first, just enter the work estimates when you select the resource from the Task Form.
