The short answer is no (well no simple way without coding or trickery)

Hyperlinks do not depend on the slide number or name but on the Slide ID which is a unique number that is not visible to the normal user.

The problem is that this number is only unique within a given presentation. When you combine two or more presentations there will initially be duplicates and PPT will "fix" this by changing some of the IDs - almost certainly breaking your hyperlinks.
