- Be sure that Outlook is not running
- Open the Mail (Outlook) setup in the Control Panel
- Select the E-Mail Accounts button and remove any iCloud accounts from there.
- Then select the Data Files tab and remove any iCloud files from there. I found that there was one that was not the iCloud email, it just said iCloud and it was causing the issue. Remove them all.
- If there are multiple profiles, so the same for all.
- If the iCloud Control Panel is open, close it and then re-open it. There should be no check box for any Outlook setup and there will be the option to set it up. Select the setup option and it will setup correctly and work.
Contacts are back.
