Default Working with email, contacts, and calendars on multiple devices

For e-mail, contacts, and calendar, I use Outlook 2010 on a Windows 8.1 desktop and my wife uses Outlook 2010 on a Windows 7 notebook. We each have one e-mail account, configured in Outlook as IMAP accounts. Both of the e-mail accounts are through our Internet Service Provider; neither of them is a Gmail or any other web-based e-mail account.
We also share a Surface Pro 2 with Windows 8.1 and an iPad with iOS 7.1, and we each have a Samsung Android cell phone.
I want to be able to work with my e-mail, contacts, and calendar using my Windows 8.1 desktop with Outlook 2010, my Samsung Android cell phone, our Surface Pro 2, and our iPad.
My wife wants to be able to work with her e-mail, contacts, and calendar using her Windows 7 notebook with Outlook 2010, her Samsung Android cell phone, our Surface Pro 2, and our iPad.
When either of us works with our e-mail, contacts, or calendar using any of the devices, we want all of the other devices to automatically reflect what we’ve done on our e-mail, contacts, and calendar.
Because of security concerns, we prefer to not use iCloud or any other public cloud service. But we understand that using a public cloud service may be required to synchronize e-mail, contacts, and calendars among several devices.
How can we accomplish all this?
