Hi,

Rather than setting up a rule that works on an email that arrives in the Sent Items folder, can you create one that works "after I send a message"? You can do this by starting from a blank rule (Rules and Alerts...Manage Rules & Alerts...New Rule...(then down towards the bottom in the Start from a blank rule area)...Apply rule on message I send.
