Default PNG logo in Word- text wrapping and diminishing image quality.

Hi, I am developing logo files for company use. My original editable files are create in AI, I already have EPS files to be used for professional printing, and JPGs & GIFs with RGB color for online use. I need to create a logo that can be used for in house publishing/printing - imported into Microsoft Word to use on templates, forms, etc (which will then usually be exported as PDF).

Through researching, I've seen that the most appropriate format for Word is PNG with RGB color. Although I have no problems using the logos in my Microsoft Word (I have v. 2003), my boss says that after importing the logo into Word and adjusting the text wrap, the logo seems to lose quality for her (I am not sure which version of Word she is using).

Below is a section of how it appears to her. The "TIBLE FORMS" is text in the Word document, the "BUSINE" is part of the logo. When she first imports the PNG into her document, the "BUSINE" is clear and crisp. For me, this crispness remains even when changing the text wrap, etc, but for her, the logo diminishes in quality as seen: (Hope this shows up)

Anyone know what could be the issue? Thanks.
