Default Need to Create 2 Unrelated Table of Contents in Document

Hi all,

I have a cookbook that I am creating through MS Word 2013. The cookbook consists of many different types of recipes. I already have one table of contents which sorts the recipes by type (main entrees, side dishes, soups, desserts, etc.) which I created using Headings.

I want to create another table of contents at the beginning of the book in which the same recipes are sorted by region (Mexican, Indian, Italian, etc.). How do I accomplish that? The book itself is sorted by the types of recipes, so it was easy to create a TOC for that. I've gone through the cookbook and determined which recipes fall under certain regions, but I can't decipher how I would begin to put that in a TOC. Especially when I've already use the headings to sort the first TOC and the 2nd TOC would be unrelated.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks everyone.
