I can't deal with this until tomorrow, Monday, Feb. 15th. Thank you, zizzy, for responding. I can print a report from Quicken just fine. My ink cartridge is brand new.
My printer is a Canon iP90. Will have to wait until tomorrow to go further. Should I "restore" my OS to an earlier time? The problem does not show up until I PRINT. I need to print a different email other than a WORD document created more than a few days ago. I copied and pasted the bad printout into an email new page. The header of the printout printed just fine. Only the cut and paste part did not. Gotta go. Thank you.
