Thanks, Charles, for the input. I regret having to say I find your words above ambiguous. (I suppose I could have phrased my question better.) Can you rephrase for me?

I already know, you see, that the 32 bit version works as well on a 64 bit system (i.e., as it does on a 32 bit system)--because that's what I have working. My question is, would the 64 bit version function noticeably better on my now 64 bit system, than the 32 bit version is doing? I imagine it would be a bit faster but how much? (In short, would the expense be worth it?) I'd like to hear it from someone who has experience of that.
