New to Bullets and Numbering...

How does one use the return button to get back to the first paragraph indention (which is often none).

1. What is happening now, is when
......A) hit the return after typing this
..............(a) I end up returning to
..............(b) Here, instead of
2. Here, where I want to be.

How is this done?

Also any good tutorials on using Bullets and Numbering?
