Hi & thanks for the reply.
Yes I re-create the link and it's exactly the same as what was originally in there, and that works. The strange thing about this is ... It's a shared file that is opened by multiple office staff members (stored on our server) and the links work fine on five other computers accessing the same file but not on this one Win7 PC.
