How is this Cross-posted? Sorry, no one ever posted an answer and the other form is not mine created after mine and has no real answer, points to yet another 2-3 years old thread.

In my case it seems the answer (to Encarta Dictionary not working) is to wait. There are reg edits and things about checking you default language and so on but nothing has worked. Seems like an old MS Word thread that did not have a resolve would want to know it still does not and that it may be intermittent or may be the feature is going away or…
