Not really. Once someone has a copy of your file, you've lost control over it. AFAIK, even PDFs, with their much richer security options, don't offer that kind of support. The most you can do in Word is have a warning that prints out after a certain time has elapsed since the document was created - but even that can be defeated by re-saving it via Save As.
