Basically I'm trying to create a customer request form. My department deals with installing, deleting & changing printer set ups on print servers. We also create and maintain supply chain labels.
Unfortunatley when we get a request in it never has the information we need so I want to create a template that they will be required to fill in.
I don't want to create 4 different word documents, instead I would like to create just one. One of the fields would be a drop down menu for the request type and depending on what they select here this would determine what subsequent fields would appear on the form.
I know there are request tools to do this kind of work e.g. Remedy but it doesn't look as if we'll get to customize it to what we need so I'm trying to come up with an easy to fill out form.
