I'm totally new to Outlook forms, below i have given my requirements.
I want to know whether this requirement can be accomplished using Outlook forms.
I have learned basics about outlook forms but still am not sure about whether it will help in my requirement.
Requirements:

1. Four user - Maker, Checker and To: managers1 ( Mail ID's will change) and Cc: managers2 ( Mail ID's will not change)
2. Maker feeds informations (that should be composed in a desired format in mail) and these information should me mailed
to checker.
3. After Checker completes the quality check that mail needs to be sent to the To: managers1 and Cc: managers2.
( this mail should be triggered from the checker but it should reach the manager as it is sent from the maker)
4. If the Checker finds any error the mail needs to sent agin to the maker with comments.

I think i am clear in my requirement and question. If am not, please come back.

If this can be done through outlook forms, kindly tell whether it can be done by a beginner like me by myself or this requires VBA and all..
