Default Multiple Multiple-level lists connected to each other

Hello everybody. I am struggling with what seemed very easy for me but turned out to be really hard in word 2007. My task is best described on an example:

1. Heading
1.1 Heading 2
1.1 equation
1.2 equation
1.2 Heading 2
2. Heading
2.1 equation
2.1 Heading 2

Now this is "hard coded" and I am trying to achive it by multilevel lists. However, it absolutely fails to work. What i have done is shown on folowing two pictures:
For headings:

For equations:

Setting equation list first level to be based on heading 1 erases this binding in first picture and this is basically the problem.

Any help much appreciated

Peter
