Having a problem with tracking changes. I'm collaborating on a document, and for some reason all my changes get tracked by paragraph instead of per individual edit. So I get one baloon describing the changes for each paragraph, instead of one baloon per individual change.

How can I change that so that every change shows individually? Is there a way to break up what I have into individual changes? I went through all the options I could think of, and searched online, but can't find a solution.
