Hello, i came into work this morning and started up Outlook 2007 and have been unable to open any .htm files from my Inbox. I can open .htm files from my sent items. Everything was fine on friday when i last used my emails and no updates (as far as i know) have been downloaded. I have gone back over past emails which i know the .htm files worked to rule out any recent problems with the senders program that saves this format (sage line 50) and have the same problem of not being able to open them.

I even reinstalled outlook to see if that sorted the problem out but when i restarted outlook everything was the same.

The error message hat i get is

"cannot create file : <file name> right click on the folder that you want to create the folder in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder"

can anyone help me with this?
