My Outlook 2007 is spontaneously closing. It will enter a 'not responding' state and then shut down (and sometimes relaunch). In going through the event log the following information was obtained. O/S is Win-7, 64-Bit. Any input greatly appreciated.

The program OUTLOOK.EXE version 12.0.6668.5000 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.
