If you want a hanging indent for each heading, do the following in the dialog box in your screen shot: Leave "Justerad till" at zero. Change "Avgränsare efter listtecken" to "Tabb" (tab stop) and specify a value for "Lägg till tabbstopp vid" that matches "Textindrag vid."

"Lägg till tabbstopp vid" determines the location of the first line of text (after the list number), and "Textindrag vid" determines where the second and subsequent text lines start (applies to multilevel numbered paragraphs). These values are measured from the left margin, and some trial and error may be required to find the appropriate value.
