I am having trouble importing videos into Powerpoint.

After I import them they work fine, but once I exit Powerpoint and then go back to edit it the videos have changed to pictures meaning i have to re-import the video every time I open the presentation.

Any thoughts or ideas on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.
