Adjust your style setting for Heading 1 so that any indent will be at the same location for Chapter 1 through Chapter 10 (or above). It may look slightly off in Chapters 1-9 but, if you want alignment from Chapters 10 and above using the same style, you are going to have to sacrifice one option to get the other.
